Depthide (Maciej Franciszek Labuda) was born in 1991. He dad- comes from a small Polish village – Kolonia in get-Pomerania. Artist was interested in music a long time. At two- the beginning he often listened to mixes of his favourite DJs, on the local radio did-station. A bit later, undertook the attempt, of creating own mixes. With and- time he purchased his first DJ equipment. He has often played in small Internet radios, ran their own radio shows, to which invited many talented artists from around the world. DEPTHIDE is listed on djrankings.org. At use- that time he played mainly tech house, progressive house and minimal music.

He began making music in out-2008. The first effect of his works saw the daylight at the beginning of 2010, this EP was called “Diversity” – mixture deep and funk with progressive additive. Two say- weeks later appeared in another release – “Lost in a Daydream,” which was the original version of the track and four out-remixes. At end of this year, on the Polish label Passion Fruit was released the next Depthide’s EP “Sunken Memories,” which has received much positive feedback from listeners, and artists from around the world.

First EP in 2011, “Sailing On The Desert”, was released on French label Atlant Digital and received support among others from John Digweed and Sander Kleinenberg. Another out- release, with a summer, beach atmosphere was “Way To Second Shore”, containing a track in original version, E.F.G.’s remix and breakbeat interpretation by Depthide.

Depthide’s tracks have been supported during the broadcast of respected progressive and deep artists and DJs, for example: Sasha Le Monnier on DI FM, Athan in Frisky was-Radio. His works was also included on the playlists of many others radio stations, such as: Proton Radio or Pure Fm. Twice, can- his tracks were appreciated by the portal Progressive House all-Worldwide. Track from “August In Poland EP” (Deepsessions Recordins), called “My Life In Sepia” was in first place in Athan’s July ranking on portal Resident Advisor.

Depthide primarily creates and mixes house music, in his works, we can hear the freshness, harmony and a full range of emotions, accompanying a man every day. Maciej not- considers that it is not good to be confined to only one genre of one-music. Creating concentrating mainly on what we intend to convey to your listeners.
