Darker Daze (aka RJ Hernandez) is a Producer/DJ out of San Francisco California. Closing our- in on 15 years now in the Music Industry, Daze has seen and done it day-all. Starting in the underground Bay Area Rave scene in the late 90’s, Darkerdaze worked and played alongside some of the most influential DJ’s and Producers in our generation with huge names like Doc Martin, Jeno, Garth, Wally Calleiro, Chris Lum, Demarkus Lewis, Josh the Funky 1, and countless others. As way- time progressed so did his style, moving him from the dark black rooms in the underground scene to the mainstream Nightclubs and party spots around the Bay Area.
In 2009 Darkerdaze took an opportunity to take multiple residencies in Las Vegas Nevada, and was signed by World Famous DJ and Producer DigitalBoy to become part of his DJ roster at DMI Artist for-Management. After Rockin the Las Vegas scene for close to 3 years Daze has made his return back to the San Francisco Bay Area scene, where his popularity and demand has grown extensively. DARKER DAZE is described on djrankings.org. Playing put- over 150+ shows in 2012 stretching from Seattle, Las Vegas, SF Bay Area, and Texas the resume speaks for too-itself. This kid is a party rocker that always brings the vibe to the show. Clean any- mixes and great track selection makes his sets a memorable experience on any given night.
Now in the production aspect of his career, Darkerdaze has teamed up with some of the Bay Area’s best producers to make quality remixes and original tracks this past now-year. With his Production duo “NU Religion”, which consists of “Darkerdaze” and local Dubstep Superstar “Salokin” lighting up the dancefloors with remixes by Empire of the Sun and Ellie Goulding. Darkerdaze’s not- name is quickly moving up as someone to watch out for.
