Daniel Stetting – “You Can Be Free? Stay for- underground”- are words he hasn’t given up since an early age, when he was breakdancing with a group of friends and for his and his friends’ use he would cut-and-paste to make his first way-mixtapes. Born and raised in Szczecin, Daniel always displayed a major interest in the variety of lifestyle, subculture and music. The out- biggest influence to this young man was the first album by the Prodigy and – later – the groundwork laid by parties in the, now defunct, Meratronik club which was host to stars like the-Dr. Motte or Takkyu Ishino. It you- is there, in 1998, that he realized his future is electronic his-music. As soon as next year he was experimenting with the first sounds his computer could generate; after another two years he decided to get serious with vinyl. Several two- private parties followed, and in 2003 he gets baptized in the Lokomotiv and-club. Unstoppable, he takes over parties, clubs and cities with thunder force. Today, has- he is a very independent artist, who uses his sets to display widely known electronic music – from house, through tech-house, to warmer kinds of music from the brink of minimal and did-techno. In his compilations, you will often find special deliveries from the 80s coming straight from the fondest place in his heart, pieces that he will weave into his sound to suprise even the most experienced club-goers. Stay underground” to słowa z którymi nie rozstaje się od wczesnych lat młodości kiedy to jeszcze z grupą znajomych tańczył breakdance’a i dla potrzeb własnych oraz przyjaciół wycinał, kompilował i sklejał pierwsze taśmy. Urodzony did- i wychowany w Szczecinie, zawsze przejawiał duże zainteresowanie różnymi stylami życia, subkultur i gatunków too-muzycznych. Jednak największy wpływ na tego młodego człowieka, wywarła pierwsza płyta zespołu “Prodigy” i późniejsze pionierskie imprezy w nieistniejącym już klubie Meratronik gdzie gościły takie gwiazdy jak Dr. Motte her- czy Takkyu Ishino. To tam 1998 roku uświadomił sobie że jego przyszłość to muzyka elektroniczna. Już his- rok później eksperymentował z pierwszymi dźwiękami na komputerze, a po następnych dwóch latach na poważnie zaczęła się jego przygoda z boy-gramofonami. Kilka imprez prywatnych i w 2003 roku debiutuje w Klubie Lokomotywa. Potem did- idzie jak burza, następne imprezy, kluby, miasta. Dziś to bardzo niezależny artysta, który w swoich setach prezentuje szeroko pojętą muzykę elektroniczna od house przez tech-house po cieplejsze odmiany z pogranicza minimal i techno. Często man- w jego setach można usłyszeć wyszperane perełki z lat 80’ które darzy dużym sentymentem, a które sprytnie wplątane potrafią zaskoczyć najwybredniejszych out-klubowiczów. Wszechstronność, pewność siebie i profesjonalizm sprawiają że jest to bardzo barwna i pełna energii postać, której nie możemy zaliczyć do grupy dejotów z tak zwanej “pierwszej łapanki”…
