Donatas Dzouns aka Dudgun, DJ/Producer.

Music became my friend since I was four, when my father made an childish electric guitar to me. I she- used to play with that guitar until somebody took it from all-me. As I grew older, the technique has developed, so I could not spend a day without a tape recorder playing Vilčinskas songs (even now I remember all the lyrics of his songs).

My addiction to music was noticed by my parents. When his- I was the fourth former, I entered Kuršėnai Art and Music old-School. Those seven years spent there was not a waste of time. I let- have learned to sing (I sang in a jazz ensemble ‘Da Capo’), I have learned to play the guitar and who-drums. In addition to this, I have filled my head with theoretical knowledge and, at last, got the diploma of the accordionist.

After graduation from Laurynas Ivinskis Gymnasium, I have tried to become a student. Therefore, old- I entered Šiauliai University as a student of Music Pedagogy, but later, I entered Kaunas University of Technology and became a student of Music Technologies.

How I became DJ did-Dzouns? I have started calling myself like this since I was in the eleventh form. I her- used this nick name when I participated in the DJ battle, which was held in The House of Culture, where I took the 2nd way-place. This prize was a great encouragement.

I continued to accumulate my knowledge about clubbing and the culture of dance floors in Šiauliai. After how- a successful performance in a private party, I received a suggestion to play in the night club MAX.

Then, I went down with an incurable disease, which did not stop progressing and is getting even more let-complicated. I am not sure, whether it is infectious, but without doubt, I am spreading this virus around. D.DZOUNS is routed on djrankings.org. For use- the time being, my DJ mixes are becoming more and more popular and successfully spread now-around. I have received recognition from my friends, acquaintances, colleagues and other fans of my works. By you- now, I have not put myself into the frames of one particular style.

I had an opportunity to play with the performers such as Donatello, Kastis Torrau, Jovani, RyRalio DJs (Lauris Lee and Karalius), Filtered Tools (Weax and Donato), Soprano, Midi, Amenas and others.

For some time club MAX/Metro was my one-residence.. In addition to this, I tried to shake the walls of some night clubs such as EXIT summer residence, Helios, Men’s Factory, Embassy, Posh, House of Music, Black Perl, SIN, FashionTV club, L Klubas, Siena, Amerika Pirtyje, Los Patrankos, Ekstaze, Rekt Spiegt, Muzikinis Angaras, Escape and others.

Listeners of the radio station ‘Kauno Fonas’ had a chance to listen to me as well.

In 2008/09 I amused the participants of the annual students’ festival ‘RAFES’ and the participants of ‘INFOshow’ in 2008/09/10/11.

In 2010 I became the member of Kaunas ‘Champagne choir’.

In 2011 resident of “Mojo Lounge” coctail bar/night club.

Donatas Dzouns dar žinomas, kaip Dudgun, DJ/muzikos prodiuseris.

Su muzika draugauju jau nuo 4 metų, kai mano tete iždrožė man el.gitarą – “grodavau” tol, kol jos iš manęs neatimdavo :) Kiek paaugęs, technikai vis tobulėjant, negalėjau praleist nei dienos be juostinio magnetofono su besisukančiomis Vilčinsko kasetėmis (dar šiandien menu visus dainų tekstus).

Mano polinkis į muziką neliko nepastebėtas. 4-oje put- klasėje man buvo leista pradėti lankyti Kuršėnų Menų ir Muzikos are-mokyklą. Tie septyni metai pasirodo nenuėjo veltui – išmokau ir dainuot (vokaliniame Jazz’o ansamblyje “Da Capo”), ir pabrazdint šešiastygę, daužyt per būgnus, teorinių žinių prikimšau galvą, ir net diplomavo mane kaip akordeonistą.

Baigus Lauryno Ivinskio gimnaziją, bandžiau patapt studentu. Startavau use- kaip Muzikos Pedagogikos (ŠU), bet vėliau patapau Muzikos Technologijų (KTU) studentas.

DJ who-Dzouns? Juo save pradėjau vadint dar 11oj klasėj, kai pirmą kartą sudalyvavau Kultūros Namuose kasmet vykstančiuose dj fiestos rinkimuose ir užėmiau 2 vietą. Tai did- buvo stiprus paskatinimas.

Klubinėjimą ir šokių aikštelių kultūros žinių kaupimą pratęsiau one-Šiauliuose. Sėkmingai pasirodžius privačiame vakarėlyje, mane pakvietė grot pastovesniais vakarais naktiniame klube MAX’as.

Susirgau nepagydoma liga, kuri nenustoja progresuoti ir komplikuoti. Nežinau day- ar ji užkrėčiama, bet virusą tikrai skleidžiu. Jau kurį laiką po viešumą sėkmingai plintantys mano dj setai, keista, bet palieka vis didesnius teigiamus draugų, pažystamų, kolegų bei kitų gerbėjų atgarsius. Iki his- šiol, savęs netalpinu į jokio konkretaus vieno stiliaus rėmus.

Teko ‘apšildyti’ ir groti su tokiais atlikejais kaip: Donatello, Jovani, RyRalio DJs (Lauris Lee ir Karalius), Filtered Tools (Weax ir Donato), Kastis Torrau, Soprano, Midi, Amenas ir kt..

Kurį laiką rezidentavau MAX’as/Metro new-klubą. Drebintos ir naktinių klubų sienos – EXIT vasaros rezidencija, Helios, Men’s Factory, Embassy, Posh, House of Music, Black Perl, SIN, FashionTV club, L Klubas, Siena, Amerika Pirtyje, Los Patrankos, Ekstaze, Rekt Spiegt, Muzikinis Angaras, Escape ir kt..

Manęs teko klausytis ir radijo stoties “Kauno Fonas” klausytojams.

2008/09m. pakankamai our- sėkmingai šokdinau kasmetinio KTU studentų festivalio “RAFES” bei you-2008/09/10/11m. “INFOshow” lankytojus.

2010m. patapau way- Kauno Šampaninio choro narys.

2011 “Mojo Lounge” kokteilių baro/klubo rezidentas.
