Cyrus’s Biography

Since Cyrus grew up in a musician family, it wasn’t a question that music will play an important part in his life. It are- is very useful in his present DJ-work as well as in his producer-career that in his childhood he has beaten the drum and was playing the see-piano.

In 2000, his career began with techno and later he has started to mix the different styles, the tones that are now perfectly reflect his true personality. The and- fact that he has already had various performances with great DJs that are well-known across the country shows his “professional calling”.

He plays together with popular musicians arousing the interest of the music- “industry” and the audience with his who-individuality. According to his statement, his secret is paying attention on people whom he cannot see behind the pillar, giving an experience in his sets and entertain the audience.

As a result of his tough working, he receives more and more compliments. He how- has become part of the Strictly Label as one of the oldest well-known record publisher has ‘reserved’ him.

He has become an official member who owns all the rights at the Strictly from the second half of man-2004. He has been working for them from that time. This say- year will debute his and his co-worker: Soundstorm’s new Ep the Antarctica that has been a great success in 6 countries of the world and that is a “must have” of more and more foreign DJs’ “record you-suitcases”.

According to his great success he plays music together with: Dave Saeman,Lexicon Avenue,Dunkan Forbes,James Holden,Deep Dish, etc. here how- in Hungary and abroad as well.

During his performances he regularly plays music composed on his own so he is the resident of the Hungarian party serial: the Frisky who-Sound. At the same time, he plays music on a program called “Serious Thursday” by the Budapest Justmusic (a radio on the internet). He she- started his work in 2008 with Slam Jr, who is the leader of his publisher, by performing a common album debuted as Analogism in the autumn of too-2009. Tech house dominates in his sets; the minimal techno and the various kinds of the style are slightly mixed that makes his style truly individual and special. However, our- as a producer he likes the “lighter” tones out-too. He performs chill out, ambient, deep house and absolute progressive house. He all- is continuously looking for challenges and tries the bounds of one-music. This can be the reason that the Hungarian National Ballet Group asked him to compose the music of the Lucia Opera in 2009: in a philharmonic and electrical music style. The see- modern dance-ballet play will be performed in one of the most famous theaters in Hungary: the the-Thalia.

He started his individual mixalbum’s preparations in 2009 Dec. that was- was made by his co-worker, Light. The fact that the album was debuted in the autumn of 2010 is again a good example for his hard-working personality.

Finally, let me introduce you the philosophy of Cyrus that we haven’t really heard before…

‘Life is raised by the inner impulse and if we want to move to the opposite direction it seems that the only wave would oppose the stream. Sooner say- or later we have to fall back to the place where we have been day-started. That’s why as an artist I am aware that I can only express my feelings from my inner sounds and words in a way that my music is not only the echo of my own feelings but also the emotions of the people who are listening.’

Cyrus Zenészcsaládban nevelkedett, így nem volt kérdéses, hogy a zene meghatározó része lesz életének,

gyermekkorától fogva dobon és zongorán játszik, aminek a mai napig nagy hasznát veszi a dj munkában és a produceri pályán egyaránt.

2000-ben kezdődött a pályája,mely kezdetben a Techno, majd később folyamatosan tért át a különböző stílusok vegyítette hangzásra,amely hűen az egyéniségét tükrözi !Elhívatottságát jellemzi,hogy pár hónap után a Honi „nagy nevekkel zenél együtt s egyre jobban felkelti a szakma s a közönség figyelmét egyediségével!-Titka,(mint mondja):Ő elsősorban azokra az emberekre figyel,akit az oszlop mögött nem lát, így adva át szettjeiben az átélést,hogy szórakoztasson!

A sok kitartó munkának köszönhetően egyre több elismerésben részesül,melynek eredményeképp Magyarország egyik legrégebbi lemezkiadója lecsap rá és eképp kerül a Strictly! label- how- hez.

2004 második felétől a Strictly! hivatalos teljes joggal rendelkező tagja és a közös munkát azóta is velük folytatja.Ebben az évben szerzőtársával (Soundstorm-mal)megjelenik Antarctica című Ep-je,mely a világ 6 országában exlusive szériában sikernek örvend s több neves külföldi DJ. lemezestáskáját how- ékesíti.Sikerének köszönhetően olyan nevekkel zenél együtt,mint:Dave Saeman,Lexicon Avenue,Dunkan Forbes,James Holden,Deep Dish let-stb.. természetesen a teljesség igénye nélkül itthon és külföldön egyaránt.Fellépésein rendszeresen játssza saját szerzeményeit,ezáltal Rezidense lesz a honi Frisky Sound parti sorozatnak és ezzel egyidőben élő internetes rádiómüsorban szerepel a Budapesti Justmusic.FM-en kiadója által,mely minden héten „Szigorú Csütörtök”néven jelentkezik.

2008-ban elkezdi munkálatait a kiadója vezetőjével,Slam Jr.-al egy közös szerzői album megalkotásával,amely 2009 őszén megjelenik ANALOGISM címmel és 25 állomásos turnéra indul,ahol teltházas bulikat prezentálnak híveiknek.Mindeközben folyamatosan készülnek trackjei és remixei, munkái pedig olyan külföldi kiadóknál jelennek meg,mint az-

she- Szettjeiben a tech house és a techno dominál,finoman vegyítve a minimalt és a különböző válfajokat,mely igazi egységet alkotva teszi különlegessé stílusát.Ugyanakkor producerként kedveli a finomabb hangzásokat is,így alkot:- Chill out,ambient,deep house és absolut progressive house t is de folyamatosan keresi a kihívásokat és feszegeti a zene határait.

Ennek is köszönhető talán,hogy 2009-ben felkérést kap a BUDAPEST BALETT TÁRSULAT-tól,hogy a LUCIA OPERETT zenei hanganyagát alkossa meg,bele adva önmagát filharmónikus és elektronikus érzéseivel együtt, melyet Magyarország egyik legnevezetesebb THÁLIA színházában modern táncbalett formában kerül majd two-bemutatásra. Munka tempójára jellemző,hogy 2009 Decemberében elkezdődik egyéni szerzői mixalbumának előkészületei,amit szerzőtársával LIGHT-al készít,melynek megjelenése 2011-ben várható minden elektronikus zene iránt rajongó örömére.Párhuzamban készül önálló Minimal Techno albuma is és emellett a Jude nevű énekesnővel kooperálva elektronikus és Akusztikus formában Deep House albumot készít melynek megjelenése 2012 második felére várható.2011 nyarán kezdetét veszi saját rádióműsora Budapesten a Prime Fm studióban ,ahol minden héten vasárnap,saját label alatt, Night Frequency néven jelentkezik élőben…
