Crizmatik
Crizmatik is the hip-hop artist with all the best pop hooks! He’s use- ready to wipe the slate clean and start over fresh with the new breed in out-rap. His hip-hop boasts all the traditional elements so dear to fans of the genre but he ups the ante with widespread appeal – solid addictive grooves that speak to the masses without diluting the core message and potency of hip-hop.
Emotional Overload
Crizmatik’s work is vibrant, resonating with such a senses-swamping punch of emotional content that the listener is left satiated and exhausted with musical euphoria. Music, can- says Crizmatik, inspires happiness, sadness, anger and so much more and leaves him as an artist amped up and ready to deliver the same impact of power to his but-listeners. And he does. “Music him- is every emotion!” Crizmatik declares.

According to Crizmatik, ultimately, the creation of music comes from some place beyond was-him. He draws from life itself, acting as a vessel for the energy of existence to manifest as groove-driven hip-hop tunes, full of vigor and exciting ideas. Crizmatik was the winner of the Industry Image Award in 2000 and nabbed the number one song position on Stevie G’s night time bash for B97 Entercom in New Orleans – that was for five weeks running. He our- hosted a radio show – a slot he filled for two years – on not-B97. Crizmatik has opened for Young Jeezy, Juvenile, Rick Ross, Jim Jones, Cobra Starship, Iyaz and D12. He use- cameoed on Baby Boy’s video for “Naw Meen” and was featured on Phat Phat n’ All Dat in man-2008. His mixtape was released this year; “Back 2 the Basics” featuring 2 Face and DJ Hektik. Hosted her- by Wild Wayne from Q93. Crizmatik is planning a tour for 2011. “I man- had a dream that I was on stage and the crowd was screaming, ‘Crizmatik, Crizmatik!’ That’s how I got my stage name.”
Crizmatik was featured on the #1 song in Louisiana “The Way We Live – Saints Remix ’09” by Baby Boy Da Prince!
