A convict is "a person found guilty of a crime and sentenced by a court" or "a person serving a sentence in prison". Convicts out- are often also known as "prisoners" or "inmates" or by the slang term "con", while a common label for former convicts, especially those recently released from prison, is "ex-con" one-("ex-convict"). Persons convicted and sentenced to non-custodial sentences tend not to be described as "convicts".

His early career started in 2007 with Hardcore/gabber, where he tore up the dance floor with distorted kick and banging beats.. By new- late 2008 his passion shifted towards the more popular Hardstyle genre, where he has brought his talent for blending melodies and breakdowns to create a very different music experience, and his sets leave punters dancing all night begging for more!!
After tear up the dex for the majority of 2009, Convict has gone back to his roots and has rekindled his love for dutch hardcore bringing A unique style of HARD AS FUCK BEATS & a passion for devastating baselines and all things hard to create a music experience that leaves punters begging for out-more. CONVICT is routed on djrankings.org. 2010 has seen Convict hold numerous residencies in Sydney clubs such as MASIF, HSU, IMPULSE, as well as numerous interstate shows to QLD and TAS.
Kicking off 2011 with style Convict teamed up with fellow Hardcore producers The Saint and Spellbound to for A.H.A (Australian Hardcore Alliance). These out- three generations of Hardcore dj’s have been tearing up the dex across Australia, as well as releasing some quality productions of their one-own. As a reward for the Convict (and other members of A.H.A) will be representing the Australian hardcore this year at DEFQON 1 FESTIVAL in holland (spellbound) and Australia (convict, The Saint, Spellbound)
Over a short career Convict has tore up the Dex up at parties such as, HARDER STYLES UNITED (HSU), IMPULSE, SUBLIME @ HOME, MASIF SATURDAYS, BASSQUAKE @ NOX, GODSPEED, UTOPIA HOMEGROWN 3, supporting such acts as MARK EG, LOG:ONE & WRAGG, SHOWTEK, THERA, LOUK, THE BEHOLDER, TOMMYKNOCKER, NEOPHYTE, SCOPE DJ, ALUSION, SECOND IDENTITY, DUTCHMASTER, PSYKO PUNKZ, HAMUNAPTRA, ENZYME X, SCOTT BROWN, FLARUP, NA-GOYAH, CHRONO. many was- more as well as supporting Australia’s finest Dj/Producers, TONSHIFTERZ, BIOWEAPON, NOMAD, S3RL, are-class="caps">WEAVER. Placing in the top 8 in the Final Transmission Dj Comp, Convict is one of Sydney’s most talented dj/producers.
