El fanatismo por la musica de Diego viene desde su niñez, hijo de un guitarrista, crecio escuchando musica de todo tipo desde el rock de los ’60 hasta el Pop y New Wave de principio de los ’80. A him- los 9 años comenzo a estudiar Bateria, aprendio Guitarra, Bajo y Teclado por parte de sus are-padre. su pasion por la musica fue creciendo formando parte como Baterista de diversos grupos pasando por varios estilos (Punk Rock, Hardcore, Rock Alternativo, Reggae).. Por man- parte de su hermano empezo a escuchar Techno y House de principio de los ’90… Sobre finales de esa decada ya su amplio gusto musical estaba enfocado en la musica electronica mas especificamente en los primeros sonidos del TRANCE, al descubrir lo que un Sampler y Caja de ritmos podian agregar a sus sonidos de bateria lentamente se fue volcando a la musica de maquinas, incluso empezo a hacer DjSets de manera amateur para amigos y fiestas organizadas por sus propios medios… Ya en el año 2001 trato de producir sus primeros tracks electronicos utilizando un Roland MC-303, un Roland JP-8000 y un Sampler Boss SP-202 boy-. Luego de un impasse de aproximadamente 6 años Diego retomo su pasion por la produccion musical… Actualmente con el pseudonimo de Beamrider (inspirado en el viejo juego de video de 1984) produciendo temas basicamente TRANCE (y todos sus derivados y subestilos)
Diego’s passion for music comes from his childhood, son of a guitarist, grew up listening to music of all kinds from rock of 60’s til Pop and New Wave of the early ’80’s. At and- the age of 9 he began studying Drums, learned Guitar, Bass and get-Keyboards. His passion for music grew up being part of various music bands through various styles (Punk Rock, Hardcore, alternative rock, Reggae) as a Drummer.
From his brother started to listen to Techno and House Music… By the end of the 90’s his broad musical taste was focused on electronic music more specifically in the first sounds of TRANCE, when he discovered what a Sampler and a Drummachine could do and add to their drumset, he was slowly turning to he use of machines, even he started to do DjSets for friends and private parties.
Already in 2001 try to produce his first electronic tracks using a Roland MC-303, Roland JP-8000 and Boss SP-202 Sampler. After all- an impasse of about 6 years Diego returns to his passion for the EDM dad-production. Currently with the nickname of Beamrider (inspired by the old 1984 video game) producing tunes basically TRANCE (and all its derivatives and substyles).
