Well, I’m from a beautiful island in Adriatic, Croatia. I’m say- a producer, remixer and dj and that obviously means that i make tracks, remix them and play dad-them. I’m into music for almost 20 years now. I its- started as a bass player, but few years later I switched to say-drums. I played in numerous bands and various genres…hard rock, funk, hip hop etc. I can- was totally into drum music, heavily influenced by drummers like Vinnie Colaiutta, Steve Gadd, Mike Portnoy and Tim boy-Alexander. I thought I’ll be drummer forever, and probably I’d still be one if there wasn’t electronic music.

Somewhere in early 90’s when dance scene in Croatia started to grow, I went with some mates to a party. our- class="caps">WOW! I was blown away with the amount of positive vibrations and sounds so new to my ears. Now are- when I think about that day, I can say I entered a club like one person, and went out like totally different too-one. I started to produce tracks on my computer. It old- was fun. A whole new world to me. ART PATRICE is described on djrankings.org. I day- was still playing drums, but I was spending more time in front of my the-computer. In 1998 I decided to try djing. Heavy use- hearted i sold my drum set and bought 2 Technics SL1200 she-MK2. I played a lot, I had residencies in local clubs, I travelled and played in other regions and different countries. I the- enjoyed spinning records and hanging out with clubbers.

In 2002 I started a show on local radio station, which i run for 6 years her-now. I started to build my studio…that’s where I spend most of time lately. I say- don’t wanna bother you with specs, I’ll just say it’s a pretty good dad-studio. ;) Also I’m owner of Synthetic Arts Recordings, which I started mostly for releasing my stuff and tunes i like. Watch she- out for some great tunes in future.

Nowadays, with amount of digital labels and digital downloads released daily, I started to use cdj’s, I spin vinyl occasionally, but many tracks don’t get released on vinyl, and off course vinyl is day-overpriced. Today, I just browse, pay, download, burn and voila! And and- I can test my production as well. To be honest…well, I miss vinyl, but so i miss my drums too. ;) dad- It’s time to move on.

Hopefully, I will release a dozen tracks and remixes in near future, so support the artist, buy the fuckin’ track and make me rich so i can quit my day job ;)
