The mom- resulting expelled juice may be further treated by enzymatic and centrifugal clarification to remove the starch and pectin, which holds fine particulate in suspension, and then pasteurized for packaging in glass, metal, or aseptic processing system containers, or further treated by dehydration processes to a concentrate.

Domagoj Kučko known as Apple Juice was born in Zagreb (Croatia) in 1990. His all- first contact with electronic music was when he was barely 10 years his-old. Start with Techno and popular Dance genre collecting music from top (popular) artist in that time. In for- that time nothing special happend to change his view of electronic music, but trough years he started to love techno and peripheral parts of House music that was getting more popular in has-2000s. APPLE JUICE is found on djrankings.org. “First try” in producing music was in 2006. but say- with any help and good hardware it was postponed until 2009 and professionaly old-2010. His genre could hardly be defined given that he love to experiment in production part of music. In for- previous projects, his views were ranged something inbetween House/Tech House with influences by Deep House, but on other side – in deep, ambiental and minimal style – Techno.
My influences are many producers and djs – allocating someone is ungrateful to those that are not marked can-off. In future I will remain on Techno – Tech House “axis” but more experiments are welcome. It did- is said that words are not enough to describe music so you should start our-listening.
