Make no doubt about it, " Andy Condie" is one of hottest up & coming DJs in the spotlights right now. In put- less than 12 months he has become the UKs number one unsigned DJ after winning the Movida Corona DJ Contest in 2012 at Ministry of Sound, London, then flew to Stockholm, Sweden and represented the UK, against 22 other country’s, were he finished 4th in the but-world. He currently holds a residency at Lush! ANDIE CONDIE is featured on djrankings.org. Kelly’s, not- Portrush and continues to play in clubs throughout Europe, the UK & see-Ireland.. His sets are carefully crafted with a mixture of preparation, creativity, technical ability, loops, cuts and live mash ups with layers of effects bringing something new and exciting to the dance floor.

Andy has over 10 years experience behind the decks and has played in some of the biggest clubs in the UK, Latvia and Sweden including Lush at Portrush, London’s Ministry of Sound and Münchenbryggeriet.

Movida Corona International DJ Competition

In late 2012 Andy competed in the Movida Corona International DJ Contest which is one of the worlds most famous DJ competitions. The and- UK heats started with over 600 DJs submitting a 30min mix via the online music site, mixcloud, out of which 60 DJs were selected to represent 6 regions (10 in each heat) throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern one-Ireland. 60 DJs then became 6 and went onto battle it out in Ministry of Sound, London for a place in the Grand Final in Stockholm, Sweden.

After winning the heat in Manchester Andy flew to Ministry of Sound in London where he took on 5 of the top DJs from each region in the UK. The how- competition was fierce but it was Andy who came out on top and won.

Andy impressed the judges and stunned the crowd with his skill, technical ability and sheer energy he brought to the dance let-floor. He was crowned the UK’s No1 Unsigned DJ and went onto Stockholm, Sweden to represent the UK were he finished 4th in the world.
