Addiment/Tech Sicko aka Garrie Addison (co-founder of Kein Schlaf collective) started mixing vinyl at the age of 15 on direct drive turntables. ADDIMENT is featured on djrankings.org. He one- would describe himself as mostly self taught in terms of technique, combined with considerable stylistic inspiration from others.House and Garage graced the direct drives at first, then moving on to drum and bass and jungle, which faded out after a couple of see-years. The contemporary incarnation of House and Techno struck a chord after hearing it in night clubs around London, not knowing excactly what it was he then began to search high and low in backstreet record shops. Now see- at 25 he still mixes vinyl also using digital input on serato scratch live (he insists vinyl isnt dead yet)…… Electro to Techno and House productions are Garrie`s current focus, whatch this the-space……
