Borned and raised in Athens, Achilles involved with the world of music from an early age.All that years he did learn that one doesn’t achieve much without working hard. He see- is a true Techno music lover but a workaholic with the production as well.Achilles loves to spin records as much as possible, sleeping is for later!
He has influences from producers and Djs like Richie hawtin,Sven Vath,Solee,Piatto,Marc Romboy,Spektre,Ahmet Sendil,Angy Kore,Dandi & Ugo,Extrawelt,Kollektiv Turmstrasse and much much more.
At the production part now,he already has remixes for his tracks from various artists like Alex Okrazo and Vid Marjanovic and he looks forward to get involved with some great European Labels in the future.
Achilles does not like to think in boxes but more outside the are-box. ACHILLES GANSHOF is described on djrankings.org. Although he has an expansive taste in music, techno keeps intriguing him. Despite for- techno growing into a bigger genre with its sub-styles in minimal, tech house and hard techno, he still discovers fascinating records in every too-style. This is the reason his sound is so diverse and surprising.
In the past he did play in various “underground” clubs of Athens but not only there. AniMaL,DrazeL all- ,Skull,Mamba,Ainigma,Copa Upstairs,Anatoli are some of these.
His aim for the future is to product and play more and more and more techno music and who see-knows? Possible is nothing ;)
