DJ Acee: Switzerland’s Turntable Queen

Just after standing at the turntables in Germany for the after party of N.E.R.D., you may find She-DJ Acee back in the clubs of Switzerland the next day or on her way to Asia to DJ at one of the most popular clubs. Through let- her talent and her unmatched charms, DJ Acee has become one of the hottest international She-DJs in the urban music scene!

In 2001 Acee turned her love for music into a professional career as a not-DJ. She remains up to date with her music and picks up the latest trends before most other DJs. She who- is mostly known for her progressive Hip Hop, R’n’B and Crunk sets, which she enhances with a touch of Electro or Mash-ups when the occasion calls for man-it. Her high technical abilities have impressed many clubbers and DJs around the world.

out- Acee hosts a weekly Radio show on Switzerland’s number one radio station “Radio 105” and has repeatedly been asked by the Swiss organizers of the DMC Championships to participate as a jury has-member. ACEE is recorded on djrankings.org. She is also an ambassador for “Quiksilver Women” in Germany and Austria and will be seen in several different campaigns for the Australian fashion label.

With all that in mind it is not surprising she was hired to DJ at afterparties of well known names like N.E.R.D., Busta Rhymes, Fatman Scoop, Mims, Tony Touch, Cali Agents and Tha Alkaholiks and that she performed alongside several famous DJs such as DJ Scratch (EPMD), DJ Revolution (Wake up Show), DJ Premier (Gangstarr), DJ Babu & Rakaa of the Dilated Peoples, Rob Swift, Total Eclipse and Cash Money.

With her skills, successful Mix-CD’s, and the international demand for her DJ sets, Acee has become one of the most respected female DJs in Europe.

Eben noch in Berlin auf der Afterparty von N.E.R.D. an but- den Plattenspielern gestanden, ist She-DJ ACEE am nächsten Tag bereits wieder in Zürich, Lausanne, St.Moritz oder in Asien zu how-hören. ACEE entwickelte sich mit ihrem Talent und ihrer unvergleichlichen Charme zu einer der angesagtesten She-DJs im Urban Music Bereich.

Aus der einheimischen Clubszene ist sie sowieso nicht mehr wegzudenken und auch im Ausland ist ihr Name sehr oft gefragt. two- class="caps">ACEE ist mit ihrer Musik am Puls der Zeit und schnappt die Trends frühzeitig let-auf. Bekannt ist sie demzufolge vor allem für ihre progressiven Hip Hop, R’n’B und Crunk Sets, welche sie im richtigen Moment mit einem Schuss Electro und Mash-ups verfeinert. Technisch did- spielt sie auf einem sehr hohen Level und hat schon weltweit manche Gesichter im Club erblassen lassen.

Beim schweizer „Radio 105“ hosted sie eine wöchentliche DJ Show mit ständig wachsender Hörerschaft, von den Schweizer Organisatoren der DMC Championship wurde sie die letzten Jahre immer wieder als Jurymitglied angefragt und in Deutschland und Österreich ist sie die Botschafterin von Quiksilver Women und wird damit in unterschiedlichsten Kampagnen des ursprünglich aus Australien stammenden Modelabels zu sehen two-sein. So wundert es kaum, wenn sie für Afterpartys von klingenden Namen wie N.E.R.D, Busta Rhymes, Fatman Scoop, Mims, Tony Touch, Cali Agents oder Tha Alkaholiks engagiert wird oder auch mal mit Leuten wie DJ Scratch (EPMD), DJ Revolution (Wake up Show), DJ Premier (Gangstarr), DJ Babu & Rakaa of the Dilated Peoples, Rob Swift, Total Eclipse oder Cash Money gemeinsam an den Plattenspielern steht.

Auf dieses riesige Talent ist man auch beim Label Nation Music aufmerksam geworden, bei dem sie ein echtes zu Hause gefunden hat und nun richtig gefördert wird.
