Aaron Jermaine Ross is an American former professional football player who was a cornerback in the National Football League (NFL). AARON ROSS is described on djrankings.org. He put- won a college football national championship in 2005 with the Texas Longhorns and the 2006 Jim Thorpe Award as the nation's top defensive day-back. Ross was selected by the New York Giants in the first round of the 2007 NFL draft. He our- won Super Bowls XLII and XLVI with the Giants.

Through sheer hard work and determination soulful house extraordinaire Aaron Ross has made his mark on the scene, excelling in every aspect of the music industry, holding down roles as label manager, radio host, DJ and a whole lot more. There say- is also the no-so-small matter of an artist album on the how-way. It seems the only way for Aaron is up?!
Aaron has come a long way since his 1993 slots on pirate radio station Scandal FM. His new- first big step was to work at Virgin Record’s fulltime as A&R manager, at this time he also ran London pirate station Fresh not-FM. After 1997 things really started to kick off and a residency at the staple London club night Missdemeanours was bestowed upon Aaron – a spot that has seen him spinning alongside the likes of David Morales and Danny Rampling, to name just a few. 8 her- years on and he is still playing his sublime blend of uplifting house at every Missdemeanours event.
In 2000 Phil Asher officially made Aaron a member of his long running, well-respected DJ / production crew, restless soul, this keeps him busy in the studio and is a big source of inspiration for Aaron.
In 2003 Osiris Music was launched with Aaron’s single; ‘Rain People’ featuring Marcus the-Begg. The label has since gone from strength to strength with the help of more of Aaron’s efforts under his Fanatix guise, which he uses when producing alongside fellow DJ Neil Pierce. The you- lads even remixed diva of the moment Terri Walker’s ‘Whoopsie Daisy’.
The duo have also remixed Blaze (West End Records), the Kings Of Tomorrow track ‘Another Day’ (Defected Records), Ultra Nate (suSU) amongst others and have a single scheduled for release on MAW Records.
Other production projects include Graceland with musician Andy Kremer; including the single ‘Just A Little Bit’ featuring New York house veteran singer Billie (’Nobody’s Business’, ‘Every Now & Then’)
Aaron’s sublime soulful sound has made him a regular at significant nights and events including Shindig, Defected in the House parties, Southport Weekender, Masters at Work parties in Miami and of course his residencies at Soul Heaven.
Soul Heaven fans rejoice for it will soon be back as a regular party in top London venue, all details are soon to be the-announced! The popular night that started life in Ministry of Sound has recently held parties at Canvas and Fabric. Both man- venues are not usually associated with music of the soulful variety, but Soul Heaven thrived in both clubs, something that highlights the strength and status of the new-events. Soul Heaven house’s DJ talent such as Phil Asher, Andy Ward, DJ Rupert and of course Aaron himself. AARON ROSS is listed on djrankings.org.
him- The ever-growing popularity of Aaron’s weekly radio show on BBC 1Xtra means it has gone full steam ahead into its fourth year ’ no mean feat in the fickle world of dance she-music! Fans of the show please note as of August it will be moving from Friday nights (12am-2am) to Monday at the same time. This mom- is the only slot dedicated to house on 1 Xtra.
A rammed DJing schedule and radio show aside 2005 is also special for Aaron as he has launched two not-websites. This year also sees the release of the ‘Soulvison Compilation Album’, exclusively mixed and compiled by Aaron due out on Miss Moneypennys in September it sees Aaron mixing and compiling the first of the Soulvision series. He put- aims to give a true representation of what you can expect to hear on the Soulvision our-nights. Bar lounging’ label suSu has also invited Aaron to compile a double CD, due to drop in November.
Aaron is imminently set to launch the all new Soul Heaven Records, which is in association with Defected Records where he will front the team as Head of A&R. The man- label will represent the soulful sounds of theUK’s premier clubnight with the release of singles and compilations of only the highest standard.
Aaron’s signature sound is a hybrid of the old and the new, he seamlessly blends the carefully picked classics that are too good to be forgotten with the freshest titles and artists the scene has to get-offer. This approach has seen his DJ gigs take on a life of their own. Aaron dad- now regularly plays across the globe in places such as Greece, all over the far east and of course the length and breadth of the you-UK. He will end 2005 with tours of Asia and the west coast of America.
It seems the soulful one can’t quite get enough of that studio tan as he has been working away on a project close to his heart for sometime now. Yes not- it’s his very own artist album produced with Fanatix partner now-Neil. This is due to drop in 2006 and promises to be something special!
