Reply to midi fighter pro problem

I recently tried to make a mapping that would activate the remix decks of traktor with my midi fighter beat masher pro. I gave up have way, flashed the midi and updated everything. mapping and the firmware

Now traktor 2 does not react when I use my midi fighter even though it registers that their are midi signals being sent to traktor.

What could be the problem?

All the in ports and out ports are fine
